What’s It Like in Tulum? [VIDEO]

If I had to describe Tulum in a word, it’d be “cool”.

And I don’t mean that in some sort of lame sense of the word. I mean, quite literally, for “cool kids”. At first, we almost felt like we weren’t cool enough to be there.

But we really didn’t need to feel like that. And after a few days, we actually started to feel like we were fitting in, cool or not.

That’s the beauty of Tulum.

It can pretty much be whatever you want it to be! You want to sleep in a hut, do sunrise yoga and not wear shoes all day? You got it. Want to stay in a luxury hotel, get spa treatments and sip cocktails on the beach? Done. Want to be adventurous and go diving or hiking and eat really authentic local food? You can do that too. Actually, you can do all of it in one trip! Because Tulum is a free-spirited town where you can be anyone you want to be, no judgment at all!

It’s really hard to describe what Tulum is like, and sometimes pictures just can’t tell the whole story. That’s why I’m so excited to finally share our first video travelogue – from Tulum!

Take a peek and see what it’s really like in Tulum:
